Q. Where do I get an insurance claim number? When you have an accident, you should immediately contact your insurance company to get a claim number. If the accident is not your fault, make sure you get their insurance information so that you can file a claim through them.
Q. Will the parts be ordered before I drop off my vehicle for repair? If the repair is through insurance, we will not typically order parts until an adjuster has reviewed the claim. If a customer is paying, we can do that.
Q. If my vehicle’s frame is damaged, is it a total loss? Not necessarily, it will depend on the amount of damage and your insurance company.
Q. Can you match the paint color?Yes, we use OEM-approved paint.
Q. Can I get other service work done on my vehicle while it is in the body shop?Yes, we do this often as it is a convenient time to correct any other issues at the customer's request.

Q. Can I get a ride home when I drop off my car?Yes, or we can pick it up at a convenient time also.
Q. How can I get a rental car?If you have rental on your policy, the insurance company will typically reserve your rental for you. We offer rides to any rental car. The closest to us is an Enterprise. For customer pay rentals, we have an account with Enterprise with a competitive body shop rate.
Q. Do I have to pay a deductible? We will try to save as much of your deductible as possible. It depends on many factors such as the amount of damage, cost of parts, labor involved, etc.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, check and credit card payment through our QuickBooks app.
Q. What if your estimate is more than the one from my insurance company? We'll act on your behalf to obtain the best parts and repairs done the correct way which we then negotiate with the insurance company. The only time you will pay out of pocket for an insurance claim is if you request original parts vs. aftermarket (what insurance will cover) and/or you request we repair something not covered on the claim at your expense.
