We will provide a timeframe when you drop your car off. Many times, it will depend on insurance company responsiveness, parts availability and amount of damage to your vehicle.Q. Do you provide towing?
We have a tow company on call.Q. Are you open on the weekends?
Weekends are by appointment only.Q. How do you make a difference in the way my vehicle is repaired?
We repair your vehicle the correct way. We take the time to take your vehicle apart, fix/replace as needed, prep and paint it with OEM approved paint.Q How do I get a quote or make an appointment?

Our labor rates are the standard $50 per hour for paint and body work.Q. Are you insured?
We are — both for our auto body shop itself and any customer vehicles we may need to drive.Q. Do you work with my insurance?
We will work with any insurance. They may try to steer you to one of their selected shops but YOU HAVE THE CHOICE who repairs your vehicle.Q. Where do I get an insurance claim number?
When you have an accident, you should immediately contact your insurance company to get a claim number. If the accident is not your fault, make sure you get their insurance information so that you can file a claim through them.Q. Will the parts be ordered before I drop off my vehicle for repair?
If the repair is through insurance, we will not typically order parts until an adjuster has reviewed the claim. If a customer is paying, we can do that.Q. If my vehicle’s frame is damaged, is it a total loss?
Not necessarily, it will depend on the amount of damage and your insurance company.Q. Can you match the paint color?
Yes, we use OEM-approved paint.Q. Can I get other service work done on my vehicle while it is in the body shop?
Yes, we do this often as it is a convenient time to correct any other issues at the customer's request.Q. How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?
It will depend on the amount of damage and your insurance company.Q. Can I get a ride home when I drop off my car?
Yes, or we can pick it up at a convenient time also.Q. How can I get a rental car?
If you have rental on your policy, the insurance company will typically reserve your rental for you. We offer rides to any rental car. The closest to us is an Enterprise. For customer pay rentals, we have an account with Enterprise with a competitive body shop rate.Q. Do I have to pay a deductible?
We will try to save as much of your deductible as possible. It depends on many factors such as the amount of damage, cost of parts, labor involved, etc.Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check and credit card payment through our QuickBooks app.Q. What if your estimate is more than the one from my insurance company?
We'll act on your behalf to obtain the best parts and repairs done the correct way which we then negotiate with the insurance company.
